What is included in the website package?
For £199 setup and £29 a month, we create and manage a professional, mobile-friendly one-page website showing your services, areas covered, photographs and contact details. It includes an enquiry form connected to your inbox, website hosting, HTTPS, domain connection and help setting up one business email account. You receive one combined round of changes before launch.
Domain and any paid email account charges are additional and confirmed before you order.
What do I need to provide?
After your setup payment, we email you a simple website setup form. This gathers your business name, services, areas covered, contact details, photographs and any existing domain or email information.
Include your logo if you have one. Otherwise, we can display your business name neatly as text. If you are starting out, photographs of your own training work can be used and clearly labelled.
When and how do I pay?
We confirm your costs and build slot before you pay. Your £199 setup fee is paid upfront through a secure online payment link.
We arrange your £29 monthly subscription when your website goes live, with payments collected automatically each month.
Will I own my domain and email accounts?
Your domain and email accounts belong to you. MoraMedia manages your website and its hosting.
Business email setup is included. Where available, we use Zoho Mail’s free plan to create an email address using your own domain. We help you access your emails on your computer and through the Zoho Mail app on your phone.
If you want additional storage or features, you can choose to upgrade your account directly with Zoho. Any upgrade charges are paid by you.
If the free plan is unavailable for your account, we explain the alternatives and agree any email costs before you order.
Domain registration and renewals are separate costs, paid directly by you to your domain provider.

How quickly can my website go live?
We agree your launch date once we have confirmed your requirements and availability.
For YTA students on a 10-day course, we can aim to launch by the end of the course with a confirmed build slot, payment, complete business information and domain access by course day 2, followed by approval by day 8. Late information or approval moves the launch date.
The website is an optional MoraMedia service, separate from YTA course fees.
Can I update my photographs and information?
Yes. Your monthly service includes up to five photographs to refresh your existing gallery, plus one small text change, such as updating your opening hours or service information.
Send your updates together by email and we will make the changes. Larger changes are quoted separately before work starts.
How do I contact MoraMedia?

What happens if I cancel?
Email us before your next billing date to cancel the monthly website service. Your website remains live until the end of the period you have paid for, then the website service ends.
You keep your domain and email accounts. Their renewal and subscription charges remain payable directly to their providers.
